Restaurant

Hispania Brussels is a brasserie which offers a bistro menu with spanish tapas and our signature dishes. It also has at disposal, different event rooms and spaces, as well as a private dining and a gourmet shop, where the best products from Spain are exposed.
The Brasserie
Opened in 2016, in the heart of Brussels at Grand Sablon Square, promising to be the reference for Spanish gastronomy in Belgium and Benelux. The Grand Sablon square is the antiques and chocolatiers’ quarter, where the famous antiques’ market takes place every week.

We also prepare and offer tastings of traditional Spanish delights such as paellas, jamón, and other iconic products, providing guests with an immersive culinary experience that celebrates the essence of Spain.

Traditional gastronomy
The menu has been created by Marcos Moran, our Michelin star chef, offering Spanish classics such as ham croquettes, octopus carpaccio with paprika potatoes and the famous “fabada” from Asturias (a unique bean stew with chorizo and black pudding), Salmorejo (tomato soup mixed with bread dry tuna and grapes) and black rice with cuttlefish and prawns.
Our wine list includes wines from the most renowned vineyards in the most traditional wine areas in Spain: Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Galicia, La Mancha, etc.
